Shipping and Returns

My gift is personalized incorrectly from the information I provided. What should I do?

How do you ship gifts?  We ship with UPS/Fed Ex or USPS.

​

When will my item ship? We hand paint each item so we ship 7-10 days after order.  Shipping takes 3-5 days.

How much is my shipping? 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping fee.

May I return my personalized gift?

Because our gifts are personalized, we do not accept returns.  If your gift is damaged or personalized incorrectly from the information you provided, please call 903-424-1879 or email lorimartin@pinkfishstudios.com.  Please make damage claims within 5 days of receipt.

Do you ship the gifts personalized?
Each gift will have the Option to be personalized for Free.

Faq's
What do you use to personalize the gifts?
We use a pen on gifts that will be used for decoration and will not be exposed to moisture. 

For Food Safe gifts we will use glaze and fire it in the kiln.

Can I personalize my own gifts?
Yes, if you would like to personalize your gifts, we recommend a Ultra Sharpie or vinyl for PVC or wood items and a paint pen for ceramic ornaments

Do the ribbons come with the ornaments?
Yes. Styles may vary.
